Getting angry is part of the life and everybody gets angry at some point of time. It matters how you deal with anger. If you don’t know how to control it you are sure to lose something valuable. One of the common and most advised ways to control your anger is to count to 10. This works wonderful only if you practice. By doing this you can control your anger and what you do in haste due to anger. You also need to have some physical outlet to control your anger. For this you can do some work that is physically demanding. Something like going for a swim, jogging, or some good exercise would be good.
Deep breathing could also do wonders. Try to deep breath 10 times and you will find it yourself. Anger is a negative feeling and this should be given out at the earliest. Don’t build it up or try to suppress it in unwanted ways. Releasing this negative energy by doing some physical work is a sure way to help you to control anger.
