It is easy to boil eggs if you know how to do it correctly. Before you boil an egg it is necessary to find out that the egg you are boiling is a good one. The good and fresh eggs will stay at the bottom of the pot when immersed in water. The not so risky eggs will float in the middle of the water and will not stay in the bottom. Only the rotten eggs will float. It is always better to use the fresh eggs. To boil the eggs place them as a single layer in a large pot that has water. Now heat the pot and bring the water to boil. Once it comes to boil, now remove the heat and let the egg sit in that hot water for about 20 minutes. If you use low simmer in the stove it will be easy to later peel off the egg without any cracks in it. After the stipulated time cool the eggs in cold water. This would help you to avoid the gray green circle around the yolk.
