Boiling chicken is easy to do. All you need is a large pot that is large enough to hold two chickens when covered with water. To boil chicken you need the chicken whose parts have to be removed. You also need 1 tbsp of parsley flakes, 1 tsp of salt, basil leaves, ? tsp of minced garlic, ? tsp of pepper, and ? c of minced onion. Now you add water in the large pot so that the water is sufficient to cover the chicken which will be added later. Now add the seasonings to the water and let it hard boil. Once it is boiling add the chicken to it and leave it for about two minutes. After two minutes remove the chicken and again bring back the water to hard boil. When it is boiling add chicken to it and turn off the heat in the stove. Cover the pot and leave it for about 1.15 hrs. After this time you can remove the chicken and start removing the skin and the bone even by your hands. Now the chicken is ready for your dishes.
