You have to switch off the circuit breaker so that there is no power supply before you start installing the dishwasher. The next step is to shut off the water supply to the sink. You can shut off the main water supply valve and then drain the water in the pipe before installing the dishwasher. If you do not have a dedicated valve for your dishwasher it is better to have a dual outlet installed so that you can have control over the water supply to the dishwasher. At the sink base you need to have a hole that is used for water supply pipe, the drain pipe and the power cord. If there is no hole, do drill it before installing the dishwasher. Use the screws provided to anchor the dishwasher properly. Read the instructions given in the user manual when you buy the product. It has all the necessary tips for proper installation.
